Advocarry

Every case. Every detail. Always with you.

Dates in a diary, documents in folders, updates in messages, fees in a notebook. Advocarry brings every case into one record that travels with the advocate, from the office to the court to the client.

Product preview: the complete offering is in development. Initial court target is Chandigarh District Courts and Android is the first mobile release; iPhone availability, supported courts, plans and prices will be confirmed at launch.

The problem it solves

Why Advocarry exists

An advocate’s working day is spread across a court diary, paper folders, WhatsApp messages and a fee notebook, and clients keep calling to ask for the next date. Advocarry keeps the case record at the centre: dates, proceedings, files, fees and tasks stay attached to the matter, and clients see only the updates the advocate approves.

How it works

From first record to final report

  1. Set up

Create the office profile and choose a subscription for your team.

  2. Bring in cases

Add matters one by one or import an eCourts backup file; CNR matching prevents duplicates.

  3. Run the day

Today’s hearings by court, reminders, proceedings and tasks with an owner and a deadline.

  4. Keep the file

Orders, pleadings and scanned papers in the case, searchable and versioned.

  5. Inform the client

Share an approved update, document or fee statement through Advocarry Connect.

Outcomes

What changes after go-live

Every implementation includes data migration, user training and supervised go-live.

  • One record per matter: dates, proceedings, files, fees and tasks
  • Tomorrow’s hearing list ready before you leave the office
  • Juniors and clerks work from the same case record, with clear ownership
  • Agreed fees, payments received and balances visible without a separate notebook
  • Clients check approved updates themselves instead of calling for the next date
  • Private notes and strategy never leave the office
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Advocarry available now?
Advocarry is in development and shown as a product preview. Contact us to see the preview and to hear when it launches for your court.
Which courts will Advocarry support?
The initial court target is Chandigarh District Courts. Automatic court updates and wider coverage depend on verified access to court sources, and critical dates should always be checked against the court record.
Can I bring in the cases I already follow on eCourts?
Yes. Export the “My Cases” backup from the eCourts mobile app, preview it in Advocarry and choose the cases to add. Existing CNR matches help prevent duplicates.
Can my clients see my private notes?
No. Clients use the separate Advocarry Connect app, sign in with a mobile OTP and see only the cases, updates, documents and fee information you explicitly share with them.
Does the AI give legal advice?
No. AI summaries and drafts are starting points that the advocate reviews, edits and approves. They do not replace legal judgment or source verification.
Is there an iPhone app?
Android is the first mobile release. iPhone availability will be announced separately; the web workspace works in any modern browser.
